“We can’t thank enough to all for your support, participants, speakers, sponsors, media and promotional partners, VIP guests and our interns Miles Shipp, Amanda Wisnack and Lissette Trujillo,” said Clarisa Romero, “without them we could not have brought this great event to completion.”

Baumann also was very grateful to all who participated one way or the other. “Thanks to Prudential Financial and Ansell Healthcare for supporting our event as Bronze Sponsors, and  our Corporate Sponsor DeCotiis, Fitzpatrick, Cole & Giblin LLP for their unequivocal support.”

And she added, “In today’s competitive world, the biggest challenge companies and businesses face is to design a solid strategy for organizational well-being and balance that would challenge the traditional view of employees as Human Resources to see them as Human Assets, providing opportunities for personal and professional growth. We believe women need support in exploring and acquiring new leadership strategies that better adjust to their natural talents and skills. They have been trying to climb the leadership ladder by following male models, with skills and values that, in many cases, are contrary or even opposite to their very best female qualities, ” Baumann said.

“We will continue to provide quality content and engaging activities for Latinas and other minority women to offer the resources they need to accomplish their business or career goals. We invite you all to be part of this extraordinary experience!,” she concluded.

Take image, for instance, women are judged by how they present themselves and how they behave. That is why I welcomed the idea of having powerful women in a room discuss these issues and how to solve these obstacles,” she added.
