Sarep + Rose
Founded by Robin Sirleaf, Sarep + Rose is a Black owned lifestyle brand that has perfected the art of a stylish handbag and mastered the skill of blending fashion with functional designs that last a lifetime. Focusing on turning “Made in Africa” from a niche label to a mainstream must-have, Sarep + Rose brings the beauty of African designs front and center. The lifestyle brand uses its influence and platform in the fashion world to show consumers that functional, stylish goods that benefit underserved communities are entirely possible.
Robin travels across the African continent to discover the best materials and makers to design goods that change outdated narratives of ‘African’ people, places and things. From artisanal collectives in markets to fair trade factories, these leather handbags, footwear and decorative home storage solutions are created from leathers rescued from waste, natural grasses and handwoven culturally significant textiles.

Caminito
Mexican-American owned and founded by mother-daughter team Elizabeth and Liz Clark, Caminito is a lifestyle brand creating woven blankets. The mother-daughter duo work closely together to ensure the traditions of their heritage are carried on with pride and purpose. Liz is based in the Bay Area and creates original designs and patterns. After the blankets are woven, they are shipped to Elizabeth in San Diego, who creates the leather handles and then ships the blankets to customers. It’s a beautiful relationship between mother and daughter that is made even better with the fine artistry of the weaving community.
Caminito blankets are perfect for your day at the beach, picnic with a friend, or movie night in. Caminito products are woven in Mexico by a village of talented artisans – they are made from recycled fibers that are respun into new yarns to make these soft and durable blankets. Designing a modern product with traditional methods of making allows Caminito to create unique products while preserving a slice of history, art, and craft.

Mocktail Club
When meeting Pauline Idogho, founder of Mocktail Club, you quickly realize that her intelligence mixed with her passion for business (she previously worked for World Bank) is a cocktail that has served her well. Her extensive travels throughout Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East inspired her rich and sophisticated line, featuring unique, bold, and daring flavors. She also leans into her Nigerian background and London upbringing to shape her national brand, led by an international team of BIPOC women. And people are taking note. She was chosen as a winner for Black Ambition, a prize fund supporting and investing in minority-owned companies founded by singer Pharrell Williams. Her passion and knowledge for business drive everything she does.
Mocktail Club creates healthy, refreshing drinks reminiscent of classic cocktails, but with a modern twist. Each of these sophisticated drinks, inspired by the founder’s global travels, are created with functional benefits and include antioxidants and prebiotics for digestive health.
Mocktail Club has four flavors to choose from:
- Havana Twist is like a reimagined Mojito with Cucumber, mint, lime, apple cider vinegar and cardamom & cloves – and the feeling we evoke is summer on a tropical beach.
- Bombay Fire is made with pomegranate, tea, chili peppers and has a back end spicy heat that is closer to the warmth of an Old Fashioned Bourbon cocktail.
- Manhattan Berry is made with blackberry, pear, apple cider vinegar and ginger and tastes like a reimagined Berry Mule.
- Capri Spritz is made with pomegranate, cranberry, apple cider vinegar and lemongrass with a hint of bitter and tastes more similar to an Aperol Spritz.
All offerings are non-GMO, gluten-free, and vegan for added goodness.
Available on Amazon, Erewhon Market, MOMs Organic and at select Whole Foods.

Contents Hair Care
Founded by Cheryl Bergamy, Contents Hair Care is the embodiment of nutrition for hair. After cosmetology school, Cheryl wanted to incorporate holistic medicine as well as aromatherapy into haircare; she also learned Reiki and other forms of holistic health. As a holistic practitioner, she became more intuitive and was able to pinpoint sick hair and create better treatments for different textures. She also started focusing more on her own hair’s texture, since there were not a lot of products for textured hair on the market.
Contents Hair Care is the result of Cheryl’s expert skills combined with her science, cosmetology and holistic nutrition background. The lifestyle brand’s products are made with plant-based ingredients that stay true to their pledge to be clean and vegan. As Cheryl points out, her products are “so natural that you can use them on your skin.” All ingredients are certified organic, vegan, and natural. It’s the evolution of hair care that has been a long-time coming.
