The Business of WE

The Business of WE (Women Entrepreneurs), a powerful network of professional women, hosts its annual High Tea Business Salon.  Celebrating 75-80 diverse and dynamic female leaders, on Friday, July 29th 2022, from 12:00pm to 5:00pm, held at the Bocce Gardens At Angelina’s Ristorante, located at 399 Ellis Street, Staten Island New York.  

The annual High Tea is an elite event, hosted by Business of WE CEO & Founder, Consultant and Strategist Paulina Lopez. Featuring Brooklyn Tea, specialty tea shop offering teas made with high-quality, all-natural ingredients.  Beverley Olivacce, Designer/Founder showcasing her fashion collection modeled by Business of WE members, and designer Irma Cedeno, founder of Main Couture, showcasing her versatile collection of power skirts with its signature Gold Lining™. 

The event also features panel guest speakers  Dr. Yetunde Omede, Assistant Professor of Global Affairs & Politics, Author & Entrepreneur.  Natasha Leath, Celebrity Intuitive Life Coach, Speaker & Entrepreneur.  Diana Mahrach, Designer and Founder of Diana Fabrics & Diana Mahrach Couture, and host of Dubai Fashion Week.

  • Victoria Arena is a writer and student, passionate about writing, literature, and women's studies. She is bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish. In 2017, she received her Associates in Fine Arts for Creative Writing from Brookdale Community College. Now, she is working toward her Bachelor's in English Literature at Montclair State University. Along with literature, Victoria is interested in Gender and Sexuality Studies, which she is pursuing as a minor, focusing closely on women's issues, gender inequality, and LGBT issues. These studies provide her with a feminist lens, which influences her work from both fiction to academic writings.
