About Dr. Nilda Pérez:
Nilda Pérez is the CEO and Founder of The Latino Academy for Business™ (LAB) and Aspire for Business, sub-divisions of Aspire 4 Life Inc., a counseling and personal life coaching service she founded in 2005. She is also the author of two books, The Leadership Shift: The Strategic Positioning of Latino Business Leaders and Entrepreneur Extraordinaire. A trae philanthroper, she is also member of the Board of Director at Los Compadres, Modern Caballeros, a non-profit organization. A New York native and the daughter of Latino immigrants, Dr. Pérez academic background includes a B.A. in Social Science from Adelphi University a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Fordham University and a doctorate in Global Business and Leadership from Regent University.
